3. Settings

3.1. Changing the Password Setting

Execute the following command as the user who sets the user environment.

$ chsobapasswd

3.2. Starting the Configuration Tool

To start the configuration tool, execute the following command as the root user.

# PATH=$PATH:$JAVA_HOME/bin (the directory where Java has been installed in your PC)
# configsoba

For information about how to use the configuration tool, see the "Configuration Tool Operation Guide."

3.3. Setting Sobazilla

Sobazilla uses the Mozilla profile. Follow the steps below to set the proxy and other information for Sobazilla.

1. Start Sobazilla in a local session and generate the Sobazilla profile automatically.
2. Exit Sobazilla in the local session.
3. Start Mozilla.When starting Mozilla, select the Sobazilla profile.
4. Set the proxy and other information in Mozilla and exit.

When you start Sobazilla the next time, the settings you had specified in Mozilla are enabled.
