The SOBA project is a corporate-academic joint project continuing until March 2005.
This is an unprecedented attempt to allow groups from different backgrounds to cooperate in developing open-source software. Although there are a number of restrictions, our goal is an open development process in which users, external developers, etc., can participate as much as possible in improving the framework and adding features.

We are supporting the creation of a SOBA community in order to achieve an open development process. We look forward to your participation in the SOBA community! We also hope to achieve close cooperation with other open-source communities, such as Linux.
